A little bit about Amanda:

Amanda currently resides in Northern Virginia, but was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. This explains her love of the Steelers, pierogi, and slaughtering the undead. When she was 7, she begged her parents for a NES for Christmas, and that’s when this whole video game “thing” started. (Though she credits Day of the Tentacle for making her want to make games.) Despite all the gaming she still managed to remain an ‘A’ student and graduate from college twice in 6 years. We’re still not sure how, but we’re pretty sure caffine was involved.

She can navigate Tokyo like a pro (and show you where all of the cool historical landmarks are along the way), playes piano and sings (but not at the same time), and also holds the rank of 1st kyu (brown belt) in both Shotokan Karate and Aiki JuJitsu.

Now she spends most of her time working on her mod projects, and doing some 3d modeling. She can often be found at her desk researching and figuring out ways to make things work just the way she wants them, because she doesn’t like to settle for less. She also enjoys reading, playing D&D, and hanging out with her husband and dog.

Above all she knows how to work hard, play hard, and keep it fun all at the same time.
